Pearce Weaver is a senior vice president and leads the National Practice for Fidelity Investments Workplace Consulting within the Workplace and Investing (WI) business, a division of Fidelity Investments. Mr. Weaver joined Fidelity in October 2008 as the Central Region Head for Workplace Consulting. He was responsible for managing all Workplace Consulting operations in the Chicago and Dallas/Fort Worth offices. In July 2010 he acquired his current position in which his team is responsible for leading the Workplace Consulting practices: retirement, health & welfare, communication & change management, data solutions, broad based rewards and talent management. This team also leads Workplace Consulting’s thought leadership work and supports the business planning function. Additionally, Mr. Weaver sits on the senior leadership team for Workplace Consulting, the WI extended leadership team, Fidelity Health Governance Committee and Health Care Leadership Team.

Outside of Fidelity, Mr. Weaver has an advisory board position at Optum Health, The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School’s Business of Health Care initiative, The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) and the NBGH Wellness and Workforce Strategy Initiative.

Prior to joining Fidelity in 2008, Mr. Weaver was Director, Sales and Customer Relationship Management of National and Major Accounts for Humana Inc. In this role, he led a team of national business executives who were responsible for managing Humana’s National Accounts client portfolio. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Weaver was a partner at Hewitt Associates and held various consulting and management roles of increasing stature during his 12 year tenure with the firm. With Hewitt, his last role was an executive sponsor and maintained overall responsibility for the firm’s relationship with the HR Policy Association. Prior to this role, Mr. Weaver acted as a portfolio executive, client group leader, business development lead and a senior healthcare consultant. Mr. Weaver began his sales and management career with Aetna Health Plans in 1986.
